About Us

We have been operating in Braintree for 10 years We opened our Halstead shop in November 2005 and Maldon shop in July 2006. Our Dedicated Catering unit in Great Leighs was opened two years ago. This is where the majority of our food is cooked and prepared. All our meats with the exception of our Baked Ham are cooked and prepared there. This is also where we make our home made Savouries and Cakes.

We are very ‘Quality Conscious’ and wherever possible all our produce is sourced and produced locally.
